Shipping & Delivery Policy
riyakontsandcrafts.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Our prices are not all inclusive. All taxes are calculated separately at the time of checkout.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Currently we only Ship PAN India using Delhivery Service.
All ready to deliver packages are dispatched within 3-4 working days.
In case it is a Custom made to order piece it will take 7-15 working days for dispatch of order. Please keep in mind all the products in the page are handmade by the founder and will take some time.
Shipping time is based on your location and service provider.
Please contact us on Instagram/WhatsApp after placing order in case you need a priority delivery.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
Since this is a small business and lot of effort is put into every product that is sent out, we wont be able to offer any refunds for the products. Incase product is defective or damaged, we will happily replace the product. Please contact us within 24hrs of delivery of products, via Instagram or WhatsApp.
We will not be covering the return shipping from the costumers end. After the approval of return the products need to be sent back within 7 days. A fresh piece will be sent within the time limit mentioned above. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back
